This link takes you to a booklet of five fun TastEd activities. Each activity helps you and your child explore fruits and vegetables using all five senses. TastEd activities are done away from mealtimes, so children can relax and enjoy discovering food.

Junior Physical Activity Service (Junior PARS) is a 10-week programme for children and young people aged 5–17 who are above a healthy weight. The service helps families understand current activity and lifestyle habits and supports young people to get involved in local activities through trusted community organisations. Junior PARS is commissioned by Manchester City Council
