Our Learning in Autumn 2

In the Autumn term our theme is 'Identity'; as part of Autumn 2's learning we focus on 'Special Celebrations'. We will read lots of books about different religions special events and celebrations; our main focus texts will be Tree, The Owl Who's Scared of the Dark, Our Favourite Day of the Year, Holi and The Day the Crayons Quit (Christmas). This term we will also be practicing for our Nativity Whoops a Daisy Angel. This includes learning some new songs and dances.

In our other areas of learning we will also be learning about the seasons, this half term we will look as the seasons change from Autumn to Winter. We will go on an Autumn Walk and spot the signs of Autumn.
